Yes. All nine tools - DNS Checker, CRM DNS Verifier, Deliverability Score, Domain Intelligence, Full Audit, Blacklist Sweep, Header Analyzer, Spam Score Checker and Email List Cleaner - are available without an account, with fair-use rate limiting. Bulk list cleaning for anonymous use is capped at 500 emails per upload and 10,000 per month. For higher limits and mailbox verification, sign up for a free account (50,000 emails cleaned/month + 25 mailbox checks/month).

Email list cleaning runs five surface-level checks across your full list: syntax validity, MX records, disposable domains, role-based addresses (info@, noreply@), and typo correction (gmial.com → gmail.com). It catches roughly 70% of bad emails. Mailbox checks add a real handshake to the mail server to confirm the mailbox actually exists - catching catch-all domains, deleted accounts, and server-side blocks. Mailbox checks cost real money per email, so they're metered separately.

No catch. The free signed-up tier includes 25 mailbox checks every month so you can test real mailbox verification before upgrading. Combined with 50,000 emails cleaned per month and the full deliverability suite, the free tier covers everyday auditing for most small businesses.

Two different limits, often confused: your monthly allowance is the total rows you can clean across all uploads in a month (Free 50,000 · Starter 100,000 · Growth 250,000 · Scale unlimited). Your per-file cap is the most rows in a single upload - most users never hit it:

• Free: 50,000 emails per file
• Starter: 50,000 emails per file
• Growth: 250,000 emails per file
• Scale: 500,000 emails per file

Larger lists can be split across multiple uploads (each counts toward your monthly allowance) or processed via API. Anonymous (no signup) is capped at 500 emails per upload.

Software pricing should reflect what customers can reasonably afford in their local market. Average earnings in India are roughly one-eighth of those in the United States, so charging the same dollar amount in rupees would price out most of the market we want to serve. We follow the same regional-pricing approach used by Spotify, Notion, Atlassian, and most modern SaaS - adjusting prices to local purchasing power so a Mumbai marketer and a Manhattan marketer both get fair access to the tools.

• Indian customers pay via UPI, netbanking, or Indian credit/debit cards through Razorpay, and receive a clean payment receipt.
• Customers outside India pay in USD via international cards through Dodo Payments.
• Each gateway accepts payment methods from its region only.
• Our terms reserve the right to adjust accounts that misrepresent geography to obtain regional pricing.

Prices are all-inclusive - the amount you see is the amount you pay, with no extra tax added at checkout. Indian customers pay via UPI, netbanking, or cards through Razorpay and receive a payment receipt for their records.

Subscription credits expire at the end of your monthly cycle. Pay-as-you-go top-up credits never expire. If you regularly have leftover subscription credits, the right answer is to downgrade to a smaller tier and top up with PAYG when you need more - better unit economics for both of us.

Three structural differences. Privacy: every email submitted is HMAC-SHA256 hashed at our worker entry point - plaintext never enters our database.
