What we're building next.

Honest about what isn't here yet. These are committed on the roadmap, not live - we'll move each into a dated release above when it actually ships.

  • PlannedPublic API. Authenticated, credit-metered email verification over a REST endpoint - built security-first, with per-key limits and a hard spend ceiling.
  • PlannedWebhooks. Outbound notifications to your own systems when a verification job completes - so you can wire EmailSheriff into your stack.
  • PlannedTeam workspace. Shared accounts with multiple seats, so agencies and teams can collaborate under one plan.

v1.5
Release · Refunds, done properly

Every refund now comes with a real credit note.

Most tools refund you and leave you guessing. When we refund you, you get a proper document - emailed the moment it's processed, and waiting in your billing history whenever you need it again.

  • NewAutomatic refund invoices. Every refund issues a sequential, numbered credit note (a PDF) raised against your original invoice - with the amount returned and, where it applies, the tax reversed. It lands in your inbox automatically; any notice from your bank or card provider still arrives separately.
  • ImprovedRefunds show up in your billing history. Your invoices list now shows credit notes right alongside your receipts, so the full money-in and money-out picture sits in one place - download any of them anytime.
  • ImprovedClearer billing panel. A tidier invoices & receipts section, with refunds clearly marked.

Release · Limits, Billing & the Journal

Fairer limits, clearer billing, more writing.

A big housekeeping release - a transparent list-cleaning limit system you can lift yourself, a billing page that finally shows your receipts where you'd look for them, in-app support, and two new field guides on why CRM mail lands in spam.

  • NewSelf-serve limit increases. Hit your daily list-cleaning limit? Raise it for the rest of the day in one click - no waiting on support. Every plan now shows both a daily and a monthly allowance, clearly.
  • NewIn-app support. Contact us from the profile menu without leaving the app - pick a topic, send, done. Replies land in your inbox within a business day.
  • ImprovedInvoices & receipts, where you'd expect them. Your billing history now sits right under your plan, as a tidy collapsible panel - download any PDF receipt or request a refund in a click.
  • ImprovedPlan limits, everywhere consistent. Free now cleans up to 50,000 emails a month; Starter 100,000. We swept every page, doc, and pricing surface so the numbers always match what your account actually does.
  • NewTwo new field guides. "Why your HubSpot emails go to spam" and "Salesforce email deliverability, fixed" - the real causes and how to diagnose each.
  • FixedNavigation polish. The account menu now works correctly from every page, including blog and docs.

v1.3
Release · Checkout & Billing

Paid plans, ready to ship.

The full billing layer landed - regional pricing, two payment paths, and tax-ready invoicing - so upgrading is a two-click affair whether you're in Mumbai or Munich.

  • NewDual-region checkout. India pays in ₹ via UPI, netbanking, and cards; everywhere else pays in USD by card - each routed automatically to the right gateway.
  • NewTax-ready invoicing. A built-in GST framework that switches on instantly when required, applying the correct rate and surfacing it on the pricing page, PDF invoices, and confirmation emails.
  • NewBranded PDF receipts. Every payment generates a clean, itemised receipt - emailed and archived to your account automatically.
  • ImprovedPay-as-you-go credits that never expire, stackable on top of any subscription.

v1.3
Release · The Journal

A proper home for deliverability writing.

We rebuilt the blog from the ground up into a publication - practical, no-fluff guides for people who actually ship email, with a layout that's a pleasure to browse.

  • NewThe Deliverability Journal. Field guides on SPF/DKIM/DMARC, list hygiene, validation, and why mail lands in spam - each a real problem, broken down honestly.
  • NewGrid & list views with live search, so you can scan the catalogue however you read best.
  • ImprovedLight & dark across the whole reading experience, with a warm, low-glare palette.

v1.2
Release · The Dashboard

All your tools, under one roof.

Signed-in users got a real workspace. Every tool now runs inside a single, fast dashboard - no page reloads, no losing your place when you switch between checks.

  • NewUnified dashboard. All six tools live inside one app shell with a persistent sidebar - open the CRM verifier, jump to the list cleaner, and your results stay put.
  • NewAccount & profile. Set your name, country, timezone, and avatar - synced across every device you sign in from.
  • NewLight / dark toggle across the entire app, remembered between visits.
  • ImprovedInstant home quick-check - drop in an email or domain and get a verdict on the spot, no navigation required.
  • FixedSmoother first load with no theme flash, and snappier navigation on mobile.

v1.2
Release · CRM DNS Verifier

Sharper CRM checks.

Our signature tool - the one that checks your DNS against the exact specs HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp and others expect - got materially more accurate and more honest about what it finds.

  • NewMismatch detection. The verifier now flags when your records point at the wrong CRM, or the wrong domain - the silent misconfigurations that quietly tank deliverability.
  • ImprovedSmarter record reading with automatic correction of look-alike typos, confirmed against live DNS before suggesting a fix.
  • ImprovedClearer result banners - a plain "no CRM detected" notice instead of an empty screen.

Pre-launch
v0.9
Release · Backend rebuild

A real backend, and privacy by default.

Replaced the original spreadsheet-based capture with an edge worker and database, and made hashing automatic at ingestion.

  • ImprovedEdge worker + database backend. Moved capture off the spreadsheet onto a proper backend - faster, more reliable, and able to scale.
  • ImprovedHashing at ingestion. Every third-party address is now hashed the moment it enters the system - automatic, not optional.
  • FixedPer-check capture accuracy. The earlier capture deduplicated by domain and capped at 50 domains per upload. Each check is now recorded individually.

Initial build
v0.1
Release · Initial build

First DNS checker.

The first working tool: domain authentication checks reported in plain language.

  • NewDNS Checker. Reads SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records and reports what's misconfigured, in plain language.
  • NewCRM-aware checks. Validates DNS against a specific CRM's required configuration - the common failure point for HubSpot and Salesforce senders.

That's the trail so far. New entries land as we ship - roughly weekly.
