Verify your CRM DNS records
Confirm your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC match exactly what your CRM expects, in under a minute, free, no signup.
The CRM DNS Verifier checks your domain's published SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records against the exact specification your CRM expects. HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Zoho, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, and more. It's free and needs no signup.
- Open the CRM DNS VerifierGo to the CRM DNS Verifier from Products, the dashboard, or the footer.
- Enter your sending domainType the domain you send email from (e.g.
yourcompany.com) and start the check. The tool auto-detects which CRM your DNS points to. - Pick your CRM if askedIf more than one CRM could match, or none is detected, you'll choose from the supported list so we check against the right spec.
- Review the record-by-record diffThe verifier shows your live SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records compared against what the CRM requires, character by character, so a single wrong token stands out.
- Read the plain-English verdictYou get a clear pass/fail per record plus exactly what to fix, including when records point at the wrong CRM or the wrong domain.
If your records can't be read automatically
Some DNS providers hide records behind dashboards. If the verifier can't fetch a record, you can drop in a screenshot of your DNS settings, the tool reads the values from the image and checks those instead.
No signup required. Single-domain checks are unlimited and anonymous. We never store the records you check in a way that's tied to you.
What to do with the results
Each failing record comes with the exact value to publish at your DNS provider. Make the change, wait for DNS to propagate (usually minutes, sometimes up to an hour), and re-run the check to confirm a clean pass.
