Magic-link sign-in, no passwords to create, remember, or reset.

EmailSheriff uses magic-link sign-in, there are no passwords to create, remember, or reset. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Here's the whole flow.

Creating your account

  1. Start the sign-upClick Sign up from any page, or just start using a tool that needs an account (like a larger list-cleaning job). You’ll be asked for your email address.
  2. Enter your emailUse a real address you can access, it becomes your account identity and where your magic links are sent.
  3. Check your inboxWe email you a secure sign-in link. Click it and you’re in, no password step.
  4. You're setYour free account immediately unlocks higher limits: 50,000 emails/month for list cleaning and 25 mailbox checks/month.

Don't see the email? Check spam (ironic, we know), wait a minute for delivery, and make sure you typed the address correctly. The link is time-limited for security, so if it expires just request a fresh one.

Signing in later

Coming back is the same flow: click Sign in, enter your email, click the link we send. Because there's no password, there's nothing to leak or reset, the security lives in your inbox.

Signing out

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and choose Sign out. This ends your session everywhere it was active. On a shared or public computer, always sign out when you're done.

Your email is your identity. It can't be changed from settings, since it's how we recognize your account. If you need to move to a different address, contact us and we'll help.

What we store

For your account we keep your email, name, sign-up details, and consent record, the account holder's own data, which you've consented to by signing up. This is kept entirely separate from the hashed third-party addresses our tools check. More on that in How we protect checked emails.
