Cancellations and refunds

Self-service from your account page. Clear rules. No tickets, no waiting, no haggling.

We don't believe in refund mazes. If you bought something in the last seven days and haven't really used it, you can refund yourself in three clicks. If you're on a monthly subscription, you can cancel just as fast. Everything below is the same logic our system enforces in code, so you can know what to expect before you click.

At a glance

Annual subscription

Full refund within 7 days

Eligible if you've used no more than a small fraction of your annual credit allowance. Refunded to your original payment method.

Self-service
Pay-as-you-go credits

Full refund if unused

PAYG packs are refundable within 7 days only if none of the credits have been consumed. Partly used packs need manual review.

Conditional
Monthly subscription

Cancellation, not refund

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You keep full access until the end of your current billing period, no further charges after that.

No money back

"Substantially used" is enforced as a number, not a vibe. For annual subscriptions, "not substantially used" means you've consumed up to roughly a tenth of the annual allowance. For PAYG, the bar is zero credits consumed. The system computes this and shows you the answer before you confirm.

How to request a refund or cancel

  1. Sign in to your accountUse the magic-link sign-in (no password). If you've forgotten, see Create an account & sign in.
  2. Open your billing sectionClick your avatar in the top-right and choose Billing & receipts, or go straight to your billing section. You'll see every payment you've made.
  3. Click Refund or Cancel on the right of any eligible rowA small button appears next to each invoice that's still eligible. Monthly subs show Cancel; everything else within seven days shows Refund. If the button isn't there, the invoice is outside the policy, jump to edge cases below.
  4. Tell us whyA short panel asks what prompted this, too expensive, technical issues, doesn't fit your use case, found an alternative, not using it enough, or something else. Optional text box for anything specific. We read every one; this is how we get better.
  5. ConfirmThe next screen shows exactly what will happen: the refund amount, where it goes, and how long to expect. For cancellations, it shows the period-end date and confirms there are no further charges. One more click and we send the refund to your payment provider or schedule the cancellation.
  6. Watch for two emailsOne when the refund is sent (or cancellation is confirmed) and another when the refund completes at your bank. The reference number from the modal also appears in those emails, quote it if you ever need to reach us about a specific request.

What to expect after you confirm

For refunds, we call the same payment provider you originally used. They send the money back to your original card, UPI ID, or bank account, we can't redirect it elsewhere. For cancellations, your subscription status flips immediately to "ends on <date>" and the renewal stops.

If the button isn't there

Self-service is the fast path; it's not the only path. The button is hidden when one of these is true:

In any of these cases, email [email protected] with your invoice number and a sentence on the situation. A human reads every message; we will review your case and reply within one business day. We'd rather give you a fair answer manually than hide behind a policy page.

The legal version

Everything above mirrors what's in our Terms of Service §6 (Refunds and cancellations), the legally binding text, restated in plain language. If the two ever look out of sync, the terms control; please flag any difference and we'll fix it.
